His music is inspired by absurdism, hyper surrealism and optimistic nihilism with an acid tongue firmly planted in his cheek. He is fascinated by pop culture and ego. The signature of Alex‘s creative work is his unique sonic touches, drum heavy rhythms and classic “pop through a blender” melodies.

Alex wrote the song, “Mindful Madness,” in the heat of worldwide lockdowns. The lyrics touch on themes of self-reflection, questioning reality, and describe a sense of widespread confusion and a desire for clarity. Overall, this is a song that explores themes of self-discovery, rebellion, and societal disillusionment. It encourages embracing individuality, questioning the status quo, and finding solace in the chaos of life.

Everybody’s Famous is an album that encourages listeners to navigate the chaos and complexity of life with a mindful and critical perspective, to resist being controlled or deceived, and to find solace and empowerment in embracing their own unique perspectives and experiences.

The album artwork is a satirical take on the “Best Pop/Rock Album of All Time” but instead it’s filled up with the heroes, villains and most infamous people of our time, showcasing how absurd life has evolved since then.

His mischievous song, “With A Bang,” sounds like a spaghetti western meets spy film theme song about two ex-lovers who are out for revenge – a neo-western, disco twang romp, if you will. It explores the feeling of short and cataclysmic quick burn relationships – those of which are doomed from the start, and celebrates them as spontaneous, messy, fun and chaotic.

It’s an irreverent dance song about celebrating the end of something in a flamboyant and over-the-top way. All throughout, the deep clear twang of a baritone guitar rings through.

Inspired by absurdism, hyper surrealism and optimistic nihilism with an acid tongue firmly planted in his cheek, he is fascinated by pop culture and ego. The signatures of Alex’s creative work are his unique sonic touches, drum heavy rhythms and classic “pop through a blender” melodies. 

“Dancing With Chaos” is the first single from forthcoming debut album, Everybody’s Famous (Except Me). “This song is for anyone that feels overwhelmed by the state of the media, politics, and the unrealistic societal expectations that are placed on us,” Alex explains. “It’s an ode to confronting chaos head on, and having fun with it, instead of running for the hills.”

The visuals play off the hypnotic vortex sucking you into the “Alex Exists World” of tragedy, comedy, and booty-shakin’ tunes. Watch the mesmerizing music video, directed by Agata Waclawska:

Alex created the artwork using a composite of his baby photos, street photography and computer software to re-imagine himself as a baby, lost in the streets of New York City screaming out the soul while the city is spinning, warping around them.
