“Overdrive” is a mini album of Gothic alternative pop songs, reflecting on the human condition, life, and love through dancefloor-oriented music…this unique artistic direction has gained traction from global festivals, clubs, and radio plays on BBC Radio One.

The EP is made up of 4 very unique musical and lyrical experiences…starting with “Overdrive”, the lead title…

The song really kicks off the album with a very energetic start…

…fast beats, overdriven guitar riffs, electronic elements, and a very rich vocal performance…

…the experience takes us next to “Your Life Is Now”…a song that leans more into the pop/rock side of the musical world…and surprisingly, still maintains the powerful energy that started the EP!

…going into a very melodic and huge sounding overdriven experience, “Love Games” is both an excellent song and an excellent soundtrack that could easily fit many films and games…the riffs here are brilliant, heavy yet melodic.

The EP experience ends it with “Pantomime”…with a unique industrial sound palette, Aristo G once again keeps things fresh with this one…

With the EP “Overdrive”, it could very much be that Aristo G created a unique sub-genre here…a subgenre that fuses together the electro-darkwave with alt-rock…the resulting music and vocal performance is new and catchy.

Wishing all the best to the brilliant artist.

Cheers!
