could be ghosts opened Hollow Heart with a hooking buildup that builds anticipation before exploding into some classic wailing guitars, leading to a calmer more emotional verse. Hollow Heart‘s verse has some emo and goth influences that are clear in their dark heavy sound, smoothly leading the listeners to the blasting chorus to come. The chorus comes in boosting the song’s energy and dynamics into full headbanging mode, and the way they picked up that energy and kept on feeding it with heavy riffing, aggressive vocals, and pounding drums kept me hooked and entertained. Hollow Heart has an extremely dynamic structure with interesting twists and turns that throw the listeners off their seats, and maintain their energy and engagement till the very end.

Hollow Heart is a promising debut by Could Be Ghosts, it shows their powerful diverse sound and how they keep on pushing their flow forward to achieve it. I’ll be looking forward to more from could be ghosts, keep on rocking guys. Cheers!
