No? Well close enough! Diretone reminds me of Metallica back when I was in high school, but sadly they are not Metallica and that is their biggest problem right there. They have very big footsteps to follow if they continue to sound the way they do.

Don’t get me wrong, they are great, the music is great, the lyrics are great, and the vocal is amazing, but it all screams Metallica; From the music till the vocal it all sounds like them, even the vocalist has a little of a James Hetfield look. This point is both a plus and a negative to this band; the is that they have been compared to one of the greatest bands of all time and they are doing well at their talent; the negative is that for them to succeed and be over the top they have to be better than Metallica and let’s face it, that is never going to happen. It’s sad really because the band is pretty good and have got some really good talent, but I don’t seem them getting anywhere except to almost famous.
