It’s rare these days to find a powerful modern bluesy sound. When I listened to ‘No More Hiding’ I was really shocked by her voice, it’s been years since I heard something like it. Melodies and harmonies are pretty obvious in the track which proven her singing abilities. The cinematic elements that have been added to the song gave it a remarkable atmosphere. Brooklyn wrote it while she was in LA with Dan Epand: “I was imagining being in the desert in LOTS of trouble- kind of like a Breaking Bad scene/vibe. It’s a very cinematic piece in many ways, and that was the goal! It’s not about a personal experience per se, but I’m sure a lot of people will get something out of it.”
