The acoustic guitar intro instantly reminded me of the acoustic releases from iconic bands like Guns N’ Roses, Extreme, and Skid Row. This track features one of the most impressive rock vocals I’ve heard in 2025 so far—emotive yet powerful and raw. Their songwriting mastery offers a distinct rock flavour that is truly one of a kind. I appreciated how the song beautifully blends acoustic and electric elements, something many bands, even well-known ones, struggle to achieve.

Lyrically, as I mentioned in my introduction, the song serves as an altar from the band, aimed at supporting those facing tough times—something we can all relate to lately! When you listen to the track, the lyrics resonate powerfully: “let me help you shake things up and get you out this funk you’re in and show you that you’ve got people who have your back at all times.” The band also shared the inspiration behind the release: “It came to me one day while I was scrolling through social media, and I noticed many of my friends were experiencing similar struggles and doubting themselves. I realized they were grappling with challenges I had faced not long ago. I thought, if I can come back from a really low point where I almost gave up on myself, then anyone can do it. I have the ability to spread a message of encouragement, so I should do whatever I can to help.” – Groove Moose clarified.
