Fresh off the Canadian alt-country scene and produced by Winston Hauschild at The Treehouse Studio, this track tears down the walls of inhibition and dives headfirst into the kind of evening where rules vanish, and instincts take the wheel. With a pulse-driving beat, blistering guitar licks, and frontman Shane Jolie’s magnetically raspy vocals, “The Devil In Me” channels the thrill of spontaneity, the kind where your only compass is the gleam in someone’s eye and the music shaking the floor.

Lyrically, it’s whiskey-soaked and wild-eyed:

“You bring out the devil in me

I can tell by the look in your eyes

That I got what you need.”

This isn’t just a song, it’s a story, a confession, and a dare all at once.

You can almost feel the heat of the dancefloor sweat, the rain-drenched rebellion, and the midnight adrenaline that fuels this anthem. It’s no wonder Jolie describes it as “one of those nights where… you’re doing things you never thought you would do.” That feeling is etched into every hook and harmony.

Formed in 2023, Pistol Whip The Devil made a name for themselves with fiery singles like “Welcome to the Show” and the nostalgic “City (with One Red Light),” and have since stormed iconic local stages like The Roxy and The Rickshaw. “The Devil In Me” shows they’re not slowing down, in fact, they’re only getting louder, freer, and more dangerous in the best way possible.

This isn’t just music; it’s an invocation. So whether you’re 10 shots down, mid two-hand touch on the dancefloor, or just itching to cut loose, now’s the time to unbind yourself. Let the devil out, and just let Pistol Whip The Devil lead the way!
