Recorded and produced by Jose Ibanez at 3rd Planet Recording Studios, and mastered by Martin Kuchta at Roughgrain Mastering, with collaborations on backing vocals from Rosalie Galvin and Molly Fryo. Described by the band as ” a song for anyone who’s feeling bogged down and needs reminding of the good things, even when they’re difficult to find”, Give a Little Love is a mood blasting tune that’ll easily slip into your “On Repeat ” playlist. With a bluesy riff and a powerful unstoppable groove, The Heavy North opened Give a Little Love announcing their deep rocking roots. They have a catchy fluid sound with irresistible moving riffs and warm confident vocal delivery, smoothly building up to a killer energetic chorus that I wished it never ended. These guys turned a classic structure into a blasting addictive tune, their catchy melodies, and escalating pace set the perfect mood slowly and smoothly so the listeners get fully into their big atmospheric sound. The Heavy North‘s chemistry and harmony appear clearly in their music, as each element is powerfully heard doing a blasting impact and taking its time to be fully heard and digested.
