No one denies that the core of rock music is all about guitars! The veteran Seattle rock band CUSTOM knows that this is the key to rock! For 19 years they shared the stage and toured with notable artists and bands such as Michael Schenker, L.A. Guns, Y&T, Pat Travers, Stephen Pearcy, Kingdom Come, among many others. Today we will talk about their fifth studio album “V” which was recently released on all major streaming platforms.
These guys have an impressive rock power indeed! I am amazed by the vibes of all the 10 tracks of the album. I believe they don’t lean on a specific style, because I can say there are several influences here like pop, hard rock, blues, punk, and even more. I cannot find any negative point indeed, because the music is well structured and arranged, and defiantly there’s a great effort by was recorded by Jonathan Plum (London Bridge Studio) and mastered by the iconic, Jack Endino. Well, you can say that the main focus of CUSTOM music is based on guitars, as we mentioned earlier these dudes know very well the guitars are the key to rock! So based on this theory their melodies, harmony, along tightness among all of them is pretty unique. In my opinion, their music can be a great push for the young musicians, these guys are experienced rock masters, and I believe this is very important to focus on philosophy, themes, along with your music structure, unlike many young acts these days they just care about their production with a petty core!
