TAHM is coming back with yet another electrifying track this July. The trio, consisting of Katie Palmer, Ian Palmer, and Paul Hodgson, has already attracted attention from BBC Introducing and LA radio. They previously released a track titled ‘17 Years’ which was a hit #1 on the Prospect Music Charts.
However, this is not their first musical endeavour; they have produced music in the 1990s, even signing with Roadrunner Records and collaborating with household names. Unfortunately, like many others back in the day, they didn’t get the fame they deserved, but their passion for music never ceased.
TAHM rekindled the flames of their musical talents and are now producing tracks like never before. Walking a fine line between pop hooks and grungy alt-rock tones, the trio is not afraid to experiment and rewrite history.
“Little Devil”, their newest track, is hip, vibrant, and fun. Kate’s voice is both searing and exhilarating. The melody is dynamic, explosive, and energizing. I can see myself blasting this track while getting ready in the early morning for work to infuse my day with energy.
The lyrics could be considered a conflict between the narrator and the little devil, which in the song could mean a lot of things. It could be the small things that pile up, causing huge problems, or the small unexpected obstacles. It could also be the little things that drive you insane. TAHM in this song are resisting these uncontrollable moments; they persevere and endure to overcome the turmoil caused by the little devil.
TAHM has reinvented itself and its music. The new track fits perfectly into the current scene yet has a refreshing vibe to it. They are working on new music and are not planning to slow down any time soon. If this is not enough proof that they are here to stay and slay, then I don’t know what is.
