So I tried to listen to “Something Other Than You Are” by Jeremy Parsons, and surprisingly it hit me in a way although I wasn’t a big fan of country music but this one is very unique and makes your mind rhymes with the lyrics imagining each and every what if I was anything but who I am now, and how my mind would picture it.
The soft guitar in it and the cute strumming adds a warm and cozy feeling to it, I once heard this romantic song of a girl picturing herself as anything that completed her other half, and I never thought I’d come across the whole idea of it again but actually totally different too indeed.
A highly recommended song to give it a go!
I am usually a picky person when it comes to music but I really loved how light in music yet heavy in meaning this one is, which makes it perfect to me.
In my opinion I see that it can relate to some artists like: Dido, James Blunt…This morning feeling u know.
