Oklahoma City indie rock band Blueprint Tokyo will release their new six-song EP Dark New Days on May 1, 2026. The announcement comes alongside the release of two singles, “Orange Tiger” and “Here’s Your Story,” both available now on all major streaming plaMorms. A third single, “Just Repeat Myself,” will arrive ahead of the EP’s release.

blankDark New Days is the follow-up to their debut full-length Neon Circuits and the Mission of Hope and finds the band doing what they do best: wriSng honest songs about holding on, pushing forward, and figuring it out as they go. The EP covers real ground, moving from the urgency of “Orange Tiger” through the searching energy of “Here’s Your Story” to the emoSonal directness of “Just Repeat Myself,” the track the band expects to connect most broadly with new listeners.

The six songs weren’t wriTen as a concept, but they landed like one. There’s a shape to Dark New Days that reveals itself over a full listen, a quiet journey from searching to something closer to resoluSon. For listeners who sSll listen to records start to finish it rewards the commitment. For everyone else the singles will do the talking.

“Every song and every release is about conSnuing the journey,”says guitarist Andy Hale. “We want to keep building on our sound and bring something new to the table every Sme.”
