Orlando, Florida – Sentinel Events, the Orlando-based alternative art-rock band, today announces the release of its latest single, “Comorbidites.” The track serves as the title song and lead single from the band’s third full-length album, Comorbidites, a satirical collaborative concept album that explores the medical term denoting the simultaneous presence of two or more medical conditions.
Comorbidites expands upon the uncategorized art-rock sound, confessional lyricism, and satirical narrative framework established in the band’s previous albums, Poor Historian and Trendelenburg Dreams. The album features original, authentic music created without the use of artificial intelligence. It includes songwriting contributions and guest appearances by Conflicting Motive, Foxes & Poems, Morrison, Elay VanBoer, Louvenia, Margo Maybach, Voidscan, and Hesitant Waitress. The production process incorporated both in-person live studio sessions and remote file-sharing collaborations, underscoring the project’s unique technical complexity.
