A new, ripping pop rock ballad, ‘weather // whether’ features a joining of forces for two talented artists coming together to weave together an engaging, electrified atmosphere that’s angsty, yet sophisticated, rowdy, yet civil and composed.

Based in Seattle, Four Story Fall is a band that carries the Seattle name and all the history it holds with pride. The band takes influence from such iconic outfits as Blink 182 and Taking Back Sunday, in terms of their pure, infectious, and raw energetic delivery, and maybe carry a bit of Green Day DNA in there as well.

Featuring the rich pop/emo punk atmospheres of Jeremy Abrams, the collaboration gives us an engaging arrangement lush with battering beats, scintillating vocal deliveries, and melodic chord sequences, highlighted by syncopated guitar riffs that drip with character and presence. ‘weather // whether’ delves into the theme of trying to navigate a challenging relationship dynamic amidst seasonal depression. The moody lyrics are coupled with a playful and varied arrangement that’s never boring for a minute.

With a dazzling guitar solo, a litany of soulful performances, a delightful vocal delivery, and a simply very well written song, Four Story Fall and Jeremy Abrams succeeded in crafting an immediately catchy pop rock release that is wholly ready for all the summer dramas and flings it will surely take part in.
