“Light Burns Out” is the latest single by the LA two-piece indie rock band Moon Walker. To sum it up, it delivers a one of a kind indie experience that I couldn’t find any other act this year so far.
Frankly, the music video as much it’s so simple, it was the main reason that made me loved the track. The simplicity and the retro elements that have been used to implement their idea either in music and visual, was really stunning and very impressive.
I believe the beauty of this song also relies on its topic, which is togetherness, as the band described “its ethos is summed up in the spirited delivery of one of its most memorable lyrics: ‘we drown, we drown together”
