A truly intoxicating blend of inviting riffs, vocal gravity, punchy deliveries, humor, fearmongering, charisma, and character, ProFESSional’s latest single ‘Television’ is just too tasty to listen to just once.

ProFESSional are a London-based five-piece rock outfit that are simply electrifying. Made up of Mani’s addictive vocals, backed by Rob Hennebry and Paul Fifield’s guitars, Marco Gaspari’s bass, and Jonny Brister’s drums, ProFESSional are a forceful ensemble capable of raising a considerably large fire with their tight musicianship and their one-of-a-kind charisma.

‘Television’ is a delightfully arranged piece of sophisticated punk rock. Just listen to the interplay between the clean guitar riff and the snaking, melodic bass line on the song’s main riff and you’ll have a hint about the level of tightness ProFESSional are acting on. The arrangement also incorporated the drums in a delicious way as they paved the way for Mani’s manic outbursts by dropping out and giving him all the space. In all ways, ‘Television’ is a smartly put-together collection of musical ideas that all end up looking like something far more polished and crisp than it ought to.

The guys from ProFESSional may play the role of unkempt hooligans, but the level of artistry on ‘Television’, both audio and video, betray this persona, showcasing a band of capable musicians with a clear vision and a large capacity for writing and performing a really catchy and smart piece of rock. ‘Television’ is a pleasure to behold.
